Este libro es profundo sin ser aburrido ni denso, y la historia se mete bajo la piel del lector hasta convertirse en una historia cercana que puede tocar a cualquier persona. El autor tiene la capacidad de hacernos llorar en algunos pasajes y reir en otros. A pesar de que el tema del problema colombiano ha sido tocado miles de veces, en este libro es narrado desde un punto de vista distinto, el del colombiano comun, no el narcotraficante, no el asesino, no la prostituta. Incluso a veces se siente como leyendo una carta que el autor nos ha escrito. En cuanto lo termine volvi a empezar, lo recomiendo a cualquier persona.

Una obra muy bien escrita pero empapada del dolor que siente Abad por su padre, su ciudad natal y su patria. Mucho ha cambiado en Colombia en 30 anyos, pero por eso misma debe leerse la obra.

Muy recomendado, para conocer un poco de la historia de Colombia, a través del relato de la vida de Héctor Abad Gomez, contada por su hijo, un excelente columnista y escritor.

Thank you. My students and I loved his first book in the series and are looking forward to reading this one.

I loved it. I got to see the old characters (Kyle and Akimi) teaming up with new guys. Everything I hoped for and more... couldn't be better. My parents already had to deal with "When will there be a 4th Lemoncello. book?"

his, in my opinion, is definitely one of the better sources for getting started and becoming a moderate Coder. Autherdoes an excellent job of introducing Python to the complete novice. He uses good examples and a well-constructed explanation when introducing new topics. He carries on into intermediate Python programming with the perspective and insight that I have not found elsewhere.

Great refresher or a great place to start. Jumping into the book was very easy. I'm not exactly a starter programmer but it was a great refresh for basic concepts. I highly recommend for starters and professionals.
